The Information Cutover Plan contains the plan of all activities to execute in a predetermined sequence per party, needed to redirect the information flow for contractual and financial management at or just before Service Commencement.
This artifact can vary from just one activity to perform, to a list of activities in a manual or automated script to a full project plan.
